While Linux distributions are bending over backwards to help the two operating systems coexist peacefully. and expand compatibility despite Microsoft's 800 LB Gorilla tactics, Microsoft is pulling no punches about its feelings toward Linux.

This is simply outrageous. I have never seen a modern Linux installation wipe out Windows. Modern distros nicely resize Windows and adds an option on bootup so you can choose which one you want to boot to and everyone is happy. But in stark, unyielding, bully-like contrast, if you have Linux on the drive first and *then* install Windows, barring some fancy partition-foo before the install you can kiss Linux goodbye as it gets proverbially raped by the aforementioned gorilla. I guess that just goes to show which OS has better compatibility.
