Hello all. After lots and lots of wonderful hobbying, (I don't call it work because I enjoy this stuff) I finally have the new site up with an entirely new (cleaner) layout and new features.

This new site should run a lot smoother, easier for me to maintain, and go down far less often. Also, it should be more resistant to the Digg/Slashdot Effect that's assuming, of course, I ever write anything popular enough to make the front page of Digg or Slashdot. It's a goal to shoot for I suppose. In that vein, I've added a Share This button at the bottom of each story. If you think it is interesting, funny, or helpful you should click that little bugger and choose your favorite social-networking site to share it on.

As I said before, all the media and FTP stuff that I had before will be up soon as it will be hosted on my home media server which is almost ready to go. Pretty exciting stuff. That being said, I would have rather played tennis today but the Pacific Northwest sure loves it's overcast, rainy days and after staying up until 4:00 this morning, I'm feeling a little *ahem* "under the weather".
